Job Description:
| Managing SPL Activities |
| Ensure Delivery Line (DL) setting and proactive follow-up to meet input and delivery targets. |
| Prepare and provide Phase 3 (Ph3) delivery quotations to customers. |
| Manage weekly Additional, Move-up, and STOP/GO requests, and coordinate delivery quotations with the Planning Manager and UQ team. |
| Communicate with UQ Business Development (IN) on SPL-related queries, exceptions, and updates. |
| Ensure YBD, FBD, CBD, CSBD, and Purchase Orders (POs) are accepted accurately and within agreed timelines. |
| Review planning notes weekly and manage exceptions with Factory and F&T teams. |
| Prepare capacity planning simulations and validate data before sharing with the TGIPL team. |
| Work closely with PPC teams to align production and delivery plans. |
| Prepare and share weekly SPL updates with factory (Friday Updates). |
| Maintain and update HK Sales Data and prepare UQ Sales Data. |
| Prepare UQ SPL production adjustment data and share with the TGIPL SPL team for system updates. |
| -Based on DL's, Share Fabric/Pocketing Projections with Mill/ Suppliers & Ensure deliveries/raw materials are secured with supplier. |
| - Prepare replies for Overseas/ Local Fabric within 24 hours & review with reporting Leader |
| - Sharing Fabric & Pocketing update in SPL in weekly basis with SPL team. |
| - Follow-up All LC's with Commercial team & secure LC in a timely manner |
| - Identify & highlight exceptions with proposed solution on Fabric/Pocketing deliveries if not aligned to Input with reporting Leader |
| - Ensure material exceptions highlighted by Factory is been resolved by Fabric or Pocketing Supplier in a Timely Manner |
| - Maintain Bulk Reconciliation and Stock Plan. |
| - o9 Update/Cotton Traceability/TC /Scope Certificate. |
| - Fabric / Pocketing Quality follow-up. |
